WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure rapid delivery for all domestic orders within the USA. A flat shipping rate of $5 USD applies to every order. Currently, we do not provide delivery services to US Military bases (APO/FPO) and we apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER DETAILS?

No. During the checkout process, we require customers to double-check all specifications. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept modifications or exchanges due to customer errors in selection or shipping information.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY PURCHASE?

Yes, cancellation is possible provided the request is made within 6 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, your order is likely already being processed. Please note that a 10% administrative and transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Requests should be sent to [email protected].

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. No additional restocking fees are charged; however, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. After 30 days, the order is considered final and accepted.

MY TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I DON’T HAVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your tracking status shows as delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with neighbors or look in secure areas around your property.
