Billing Terms & Conditions

By placing an order at Pucau.com, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions. These terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to all purchases.

1. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
  • Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

2. Order Total & Charges

Your total order charge consists of:

  • Product subtotal — sum of all items in your cart.
  • Shipping fee — flat $5.99 (U.S.) or $13.00 (international), shown at checkout.
  • Taxes — applied where required by law.

The final total is presented for your review before you confirm the payment.

3. Payment Authorization

When you place an order, you authorize Teemoody Ecom LLC and our payment processors (PayPal and card-network processors) to charge the full order total to the payment method you provided. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
  • The billing details you provide are accurate and complete.
  • You authorize the charge as stated on the order confirmation.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • PayPal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

5. Billing Descriptor

Charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear under Pucau or one of our authorized payment processor’s descriptors (for example “PayPal *Pucau” or a similar variation). If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before disputing it with your bank.

6. Currency Conversion

If your card is denominated in a currency other than USD, your bank will convert the charge at its exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Any foreign-transaction or conversion fees are determined by your card issuer and are not within our control.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details and available funds, then try again or contact your bank. For continued issues, contact our support team.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Cancellation & Modification Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days (plus 3–5 days for the bank to release the funds).

9. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected] — we can usually resolve issues quickly without involving your bank. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your ability to place future orders with Pucau.
