We are delighted to create and deliver your custom printed products. We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order is processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. This process includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or during the following U.S. public holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24–25)

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

Domestic – United States (Nationwide, excluding P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

International – Europe, Australia, Canada, and most other countries worldwide. We are unable to ship to: Syria, North Korea, Ukraine, and Israel.

3. Shipping Method, Time and Cost

Domestic (United States):

  • Method: Standard Ground Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Flat Rate: $5.99 per order
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on location, package size, and service availability)

International (Europe, Australia, Canada, and other eligible countries):

  • Method: Standard International Delivery
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 8–15 business days after processing
  • Flat Rate: $13.00 per order
  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, YANWEN, YUNEXPRESS, or FedEx (depending on region and service availability)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. How We Calculate Delivery Time

Your total delivery time consists of two main stages:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: This is the time we need to print on demand and prepare your product for shipment.

Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier needs to deliver your package after it leaves our warehouse.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT -7)

All estimated timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

We always do our best to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from a print-on-demand service.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need delivery to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may modify or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 6 hours, the order will enter processing and can no longer be canceled, but you may still update the shipping address before the package is shipped.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building staff.
  • Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, etc.).
  • Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the package still cannot be found, please email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Delayed Deliveries: Standard delivery timeframes are listed above. However, delays may occur due to severe weather, customs clearance (for international shipments), seasonal high demand, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Items Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the product and the packaging.
  • Please email your order number and photos to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.

8. International Taxes and Customs Duties

For international shipments, orders are sent under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy. This means that any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees will be charged by your local authorities upon delivery.

We encourage international customers to review their country’s import policies before placing an order.
