DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Teemoody Ecom LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of Pucau.com, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available through pucau.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user or seller who posted the material.
  • For repeat infringers, terminate access and accounts in accordance with our internal repeat-infringer policy.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. Your full name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in Colorado, USA.

False Claims

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
