Welcome to Pucau.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Teemoody Ecom LLC (2002 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302, USA). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pucau.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand

All products sold on Pucau are made-to-order via print-on-demand (POD). Each item is produced only after your order is placed. Because items are custom-made, please review your order details carefully before checkout — especially size, color, design, and shipping address.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to initiate order processing. We accept:

  • PayPal
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping & Delivery Fees

Shipping rates are flat-rate based on destination:

  • Domestic (United States): $5.99 per order
  • International: $13.00 per order

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because items are custom-made, modifications or cancellations can only be requested within 6 hours of placing your order. A processing fee of 10% of the order value applies to successful cancellations. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be modified or cancelled. 6. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing. Customer responsibility for return shipping applies in cases not caused by our manufacturing or shipping error. See our Return & Refund Policy for full eligibility criteria.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, and software — is the property of Teemoody Ecom LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User-Submitted Content

If you submit artwork or designs for custom printing, you confirm that:

  • You own all rights to the submitted content, or have permission from the rights holder.
  • The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, trademark, or copyright.
  • The content is not unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or obscene.

You retain ownership of your submitted content, but grant Teemoody Ecom LLC a limited license to reproduce it for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teemoody Ecom LLC, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of pucau.com shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
