We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, and other content on pucau.com accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or up to date. 4. Products & Print-on-Demand

All products sold on Pucau are made-to-order via print-on-demand (POD). Each item is produced only after your order is placed. Because items are custom-made, please review your order details carefully before checkout — especially size, color, design, and shipping address. Some products may be limited in quantity, and we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will exactly match the finished product. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to initiate order processing. We accept:

6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. Restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so that we can process your orders and contact you when necessary.

7. Shipping & Delivery Fees

Shipping rates are flat-rate based on destination:

Domestic (United States): $5.99 per order
International: $13.00 per order

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because items are custom-made, modifications or cancellations can only be requested within 6 hours of placing your order. A processing fee of 10% of the order value applies to successful cancellations. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be modified or cancelled. 9. Modifications to the Service & Prices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

10. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if the item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing. 11. Optional Tools

We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party’s own terms.
