PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. During the checkout process, customers are required to verify all order details, including sizing, design choices, and quantities. Consequently, Pucau cannot process exchange requests resulting from incorrect customer selections regarding size, style, color, or shipping addresses.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS Cancellation Window

  • Requests for cancellation are only accepted within 6 hours of order placement.
  • Beyond this 6-hour period, orders are typically forwarded to our fulfillment center for production and logistics, making cancellation impossible.
  • A processing fee equivalent to 10% of the total order value will be deducted for all successful cancellations. To initiate a request, please contact [email protected].

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY Eligibility Period

  • Our return policy remains valid for 30 days following the confirmed delivery date.
  • Once this 30-day period expires, the order is deemed finalized and accepted, and no refund requests will be entertained.

Valid Grounds for Refunds We provide a full reimbursement of the original purchase price if the delivered item falls under these categories:

  • The item arrives in a damaged or broken condition.
  • The printed design does not match the one selected in your order.
  • The size or material of the product differs from your order specifications.
  • The item received is entirely different from what was ordered.
  • The product significantly deviates from its original description.

Return Requirements To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must NOT:

  • Show signs of being worn, used, or laundered.
  • Have been altered or modified from their original state.
  • Contain defects not caused by our manufacturing process.
  • Be missing their original tags or packaging.
  • Note: Minor loose threads that can be easily trimmed are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • All returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition and packaging.
