At Pucau.com, every product is uniquely custom-made after your order is placed. Because of this, our cancellation and modification window is short — please review the details below carefully.
Cancellation & Modification Window
- Window: You may request a cancellation or modification within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Why: After this window, your order is sent to our fulfillment partners and enters production. Once production begins, we cannot recall, reroute, or change it.
- Processing Fee: A fee equal to 10% of the order total applies to all successful cancellations, to cover payment-gateway and administrative costs.
How to Request a Cancellation or Modification
- Email us at [email protected] within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Include your order number in the subject line.
- Clearly describe the change you need (cancel order, change size, update address, change design, etc.).
- Our team will confirm by reply email whether your request was successful.
After Production Has Started
If production has already started when we receive your request, cancellation is no longer possible. However, depending on the nature of the issue, you may qualify for a replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before the package is dispatched, but cannot redirect it once shipped. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
